「Great hotel right off the toll road. Ashley was the front desk attendant when we checked in. We went to the room and realized we had booked a smaller room than we thought. We thought we had booked a suite with a separate bedroom. I went down to speak with Ashley about my mistake, and she politely upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge. Incredibly nice hotel. The lobby, rooms, and exterior were well maintained and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Springfield...

「酒店位置极其方便，周围Walmart，Target，WholeFood都有。房间很大，很舒服。房间里有冰箱、微波炉，酒店还有自助洗衣，实在是旅行的最佳选择。唯一的遗憾是儿子觉得床太软了，睡得腰酸背痛。但我觉得很满意。」

Pool could be larger but wonderful to have access to one - plus the jacuzzi - and attractive indoor/outdoor lounge areas and fitness area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
