「We had a wonderful time at Katy and Olivier place. Short walk from the train station, very well located! The rooms are super nice, recently renovated and the shower is just out if this world!!! :) They were very kind with us, the breakfast was great and always nice to have some help to move around or to recommend places to eat from them. 「We arrived in Carcassonne on a beautiful sunny day, the hotel is beautiful, and perfectly located just a very short walk from the city walls. We checked in and Stefan was wonderful, we had issues with our car, he rang a local garage and even got us booked in. Our room was stunning with extremely comfortable bed - we had a room with the hot tub, which was perfect temperature, we ended up staying an extra night while the car was being fixed, which gave us the opportunity to explore the old town...

「This hotel is in an excellent area for visiting Carcassonne. Breakfast is plentiful and sets you up for the day. The staff are friendly and helpful. Air conditioned room is essential for the hot temperatures. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.」

「Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.」

「Catherine is very helpful and kind, watched our luggage for a few hours and lent us an umbrella. Location was about 20 minutes walk from the entrance to the old city. We were lucky enough to have one of the large rooms, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathtub was amazing! The hotel is bit difficult to find as the signage is very discrete.」

「L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 mn de la Cité de Carcassonne et on l'aperçoit des fenêtres de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien dormi car c'est calme. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très agréables les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très jolie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.」
