"While we loved this hotel , the big rooms, the pool area, and location to the event centre. We had 2 different people litterally use a key card and get into our room, while we were in bed, having a nap, with no clothes on!! The first person, was because they also got assigned our room. We called down to th3 desk to complain, they apologized and said it wouldn't happen again. The second person , 30 minutes later was house keeping apparently, which made zero sense as we had just checked in at 3pm. Why were they trying to come in at 430? So this left us pretty upset, and nervous to leave for dinner and our concert. We expressed this and asked for a discount as this was completely unacceptable and an invasion of pur privacy. The manager refused a discount and gave us a $30 gc to use at the pub on-site. To which we could not use as we had plans for the evening and headed home early the next morning. I did a quick Google search and apparently this has happened quite a few times at this specific hotel. Left a very bad taste in our mouth.."
