"We enjoyed our stay at Haveli. Location is off the beaten path, down an alleyway which is not advertised, but after a couple of times you get used to it. Staff was helpful in escorting us through the alley and exchange cash. Restaurant prices are upcharged compared to other elevated restaurants in Delhi, but that was as to be expected."

"I would say you get exactly what you paid for here. It’s a cheap hotel. My bedsheets were dirty, my towel had multiple stains, everything was dusty, and the bathroom had leaking water and areas of mold. The only positive thing here was the friendly staff, the food service, and a sweet welcome gesture with snacks and water. Would recommend if you only need a place to leave your luggage. "

"Have stayed here on a few occasions and would pick this hotel every time I need to stay in this area. The rooms are serviced each day if needed, the staff are both friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help if they can. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and I found no problems. "Very poor.thy dont know how to behave perticular day reception staff.I paid 300 for earli check in and they refused to give me bill for what i paid.he said u can do what u want,we will not issue bill.getting bill for what i paid is my constitutional right. dont suggest this hotel.very poor that guy on reception was to rough to talk.plz dont get this hotel.even toilets are very dirty."
