「We had a great time in the hotel. the rooms are big and clean. we also get a lots of TV channel to watch. people there are SUPER kind and helpful as we called in to say we'll arrive late around 10pm and the person waited us to give us a warm welcome. Enjoy the stay which is also close to the sea. Great place and will definitely go back.」

「Nice hotel in Napier. The bedroom was a bit dated but the bathroom was lovely. The bed was comfortable but beware - if you are tall there is a very off light fixture over the bed that branches out and was quite low. Good location across from a grocery store and walking distance to many restaurants.」

「Everything was good, not excellent. Our rooms parking space was the only one not right by our room. Kitchen was ok, but only had a large chef knife. A paring knife or serrated knife would have been better for my fruit and veggies and baguette. Random ants in the kitchen (not by food) Breaker turned off when using the toaster. Refrigerator froze my fruit and my yougurt:o(. Bed softer than we like. Hubby loved the deep bath tub. Did not see the Hot Tub if there was one. WE were there for 4...
