Receptionist was lovely and friendly. Such a lovely motel to stay the room was absolutely spotless clean, the bed was so comfortable to sleep on. We had a restful nights sleep. The motel is a short distance away from the city centre. The pool was nice and refreshing especially on a hot day. Highly recommend and shops, takeaways and bakery/cafe 1 min away from motel. Definitely would stay here again,, Thank You for a lovely stay.

The staff at Palm City Motel in Napier were very nice and very accommodating. Unfortunately the room we were in had an odd and unpleasant smell and the main room only had very bright ceiling lights. Not the most comfortable room.
