「Our ten pound dog was welcomed by attentive staff making check in easy. The motel is well worn and dated with smoking left overs outside. The heating was old but worked well and controlled well. The beds were very comfortable and the place quiet and dark.」

「The hotel is under renovation but very clean overall. The only issue I had were some barking dogs and when I turned on the heater it made a high-pitch squealing noise before it actually kicked in and quieted down. Other than that my stay was excellent.」

「Hemlock #1 was amazing! The only problems were that it was very hard to figure out how to get to in the dark. Parking was an issue for us since I have mobility problems. You have to park above or below the unit and walk to it. That would have been good to know when trying to find it in the dark.」

The grounds are lovely to walk around, and we enjoyed seeing the various animals that live nearby. Toni is a wonderful host to the guests and really made all the difference in our stay.
