「 We had a wonderful time staying with Joan and his family. They were there to answer all our questions. The rooms were very clean and modern, the AC worked well, and it was spacious. He even offered us in room massage service for 200.000 vnd an hour - this was amazing !! Also the view from the balancing is AMAZING as advertised ! 」

「Beautiful homestay with the most lovely staff. The rooms are new and modern, the walls are thick and quiet, the ac works great, the bathrooms are spa like, and the views are really nice. Rice paddies all the hills are all around. The location is just a ten minute walk into town which means its still near everything but is quiet. The wifi wqs fast and reliable for remote work. There were 4 other ppl besides us all working remotely. The breakfast is very nice with an omlet station, fresh juices...

「I wanted to share a unique and uncommon help by Nia and the rest of the staff. She went far above and beyond to help me. Upon arrival to the property, Expedia had not informed them of the booking. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. Her service raises the bar for everyone in hospitality. 」

「Beautiful serene accomodation middle of mountains and rice paddies. Can’t be better than this. Bed was very comfortable and quiet. Room had all the amenities required for the stay. Shower was nice and hot. Swimming pool was amazingly clean and big to soak long day at Ninh Binh. Breakfast was so delicious and just enough of options. We accidentally broke the shower gel container at the room and costs 150,000 VND. But the lovely lady at the reception waived it for us. She even spoke to the grab...

「1.BaiDinh飯店熱水有待加強，住宿的第一天使用三至五分鐘即無熱水可用，第二天狀況有改善，設備應加強與更新。2.因熱水器缺失，從二樓換至一樓，依然出現同樣問題，但員工對於熱水器缺失不以為意，表示因為使用不當或過度，並非設備缺失，態度不佳，疑似以越南文與其同事抱怨。3.BaiDinh飯店與BaiDinh古剎寺宇比鄰，如有安排同名園區的行程，建議入住此飯店，約三點五小時可以飽覽周遭景色，如行程於下午二至三時開始，更能享受百萬夜景。」

「Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam despite also being the most affordable. The hotel itself is lovely and well-situated in a quiet but convenient spot in Ninh Binh town. The staff are incredibly kind and generous: the concierge took time out of his day to drive me somewhere quiet for a scooter-riding lesson and handled getting me on a sleeper train to Da Nang. Cannot recommend Thuy Anh highly enough」

「Amazing home stay, family really nice and helpful, laundry service really good, the only negative for us was we needed to get a taxi to places as not walking distance. He did have bikes that could be used however this is not something we felt safe doing with the busy roads.」
