A special thank you to Nga and the GM for their kindness and assistance during my stay. I was unfortunately unwell and had a sleepless night just before my checkout. The team kindly brought me some medicine and allowed me a later checkout so I could get some rest. Their care and understanding were truly appreciated. 「This was an incredible stay. The location, the breakfast oh that pool, so refreshing after long walks. You can access the entire area by foot. I stayed a week. Never rented a scooter and walked to Ninh binh twice. Freedom was such a relaxing wonderful experience and the little lady who literally sweeps, cleans and smiles all day. Made my day as the world goes mad. My mind was free. Thank you, it's not goodbye, just see you down the trail. 😍」

「The hotel was a great central point to stay and the staff went out of their way accommodating us w scooters bicycles. Top notch! Also the rooms were cleaned everyday. The only comment I might make for improvement woukd be to have hot eggs and such for the western Visio👍」

「The hotel is excellent. It's 1.8km from the town city and around 10km from Tam Coc. The town is very safe and well lit. We rented a bike and had no issues at all. There are a few convenience stores around, but you need to go into town for a decent coffee. The hotel manager is excellent and very helpful. Breakfast pho is superb. It is situated next to a field on a quiet road. It is peaceful and very clean. Highly recommended.」

「The place was a breath of fresh air!!!! 5 min on the bike to everything in town. They have bikes for you to use for FREE!!!! the staff Kelly hue and another gentleman (please forgive me I forgot his name) were AMAZING helped us out with everything that we needed assisted us with things to do and what to see. 「The photos online do not do this place justice, it is an absolute paradise, I literally felt like I was sleeping in a tropical jungle, the setting was the best throughout my whole trip in Vietnam. The owners are friendly, they have an on site massage room that can take 3 people at a time, they call in staff from the local town and was only £10 for 1 hour. It is an instagram setting. The pool was amazing and well kept, it is surrounded by rooms and felt like a villa. 」

「In no particular order, here are our issues. On two of the nights of there was loud parties going on till two or 3:30 in the morning when we attempted to call the front desk, but there were no answers. It’s a good thing we weren’t having a heart attack. The beautiful pond indicated in the photographs is actually a sewage catchment basin . Smelling as though you were sleeping next to an open sewer. The breakfast almost identical every morning with music playing on a loop every 10 seconds exactly...
