「入住體驗非常好，雖然只是入住兩個晚上，每位工作人員的服務態度都非常良好。還記得6月20日入住的時候，因為發生了一點意外需要外出處理，導致錯過了晚餐用饍的時間。但是工作人員并沒有因此放棄我們，當我們回到旅館，工作人員貼心地主動接觸我們，告訴我們仍然可以享用我們的晚餐。我們十分感動。想要在此特別感謝每一位工作人員，特別是會說普通話的研修中的周小姐，感謝你這兩天的服務。」

「んー。お部屋で晩御飯。馬刺し。美味しい。朝ご飯も食べ放題ではないけど、和食でお腹いっぱい。美味しい。ただ、トイレのセンサーが勝手に電気を消しちゃうのはビックリ。あと、おふろあが全て家族風呂の貸し切りなのは困った。この年で主人と一緒にお風呂に入るのはゴメンですね。申し訳ないけど、別々に入らせていただきました。」
