"Excellent friendly service and staff. Clean room however showerhead needs cleaning and new toilet seat required. My first visit in mid-August, I had dinner in the restaurant and the mahi mahi was tough and uneatable. It also had a slight odour which to me meant that it was not fresh fish, but frozen maybe several times!"

"It is a very nice place considering what you’re paying for. We had views to the ocean, coffee and tea, a very nice balcony and direct access to the beach. We reserved two rooms and were assigned to be next to each other, which was very convenient. They stored our luggage when we arrived while we were on a tour. Only thing is that we pre-booked transportation from airport and it never arrived, but it was easily solved at the airport."

"I had an excellent stay at Ramada Suites by Wyndham Wailoaloa Beach. My king-sized room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Having a washer/dryer right in the unit was a huge convenience, especially while traveling. The balcony overlooking the beach was another highlight and made the room feel even more relaxing. What really distinguished the hotel, though, was the service. Nemia Ratu and the rest of the staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and provided genuinely outstanding customer service. The rooftop bar also has probably the best view of the strip of any of the hotels in the area, and the food is great. Between the large, comfortable room, excellent amenities, beach views, and fantastic staff, this was a great stay. I would absolutely recommend the Ramada Suites and would happily stay here again."
