It was ok very convenient close to Nadi airport. Shuttle was a bit late picking us from the airport but wonderful service 💯 Shuttle transport. I book 1 night from Akl to Nadi transit6hrs to Samoan unfortunately we can't leave and go outside of the airport, no refund or whatsoever, I loose $176 nzd so sad experience but our flight from Samoa transit Nadi for Akl was ok , we sleep over for 1 day. Beautiful Fiji great hospitality 💯

Loved th staff. They were exremely friendly and helpful giving excellent service. Did not appreciate room with broken window with terrible smell coming from the sewerage manhole without a sealed lid under our bedroom window. Louvred windows allowing smoke into the room from burning of the sugar cane fires. Unsightly old bldg stuff lying around the side of pool.

The rooms had cockroaches all over the place , ants on the walls and kitchen area , bathroom lights were not even working , shower didn’t even had a full sliding glass door to close while taking shower, floors were dirty , tv wasn’t even working , the swimming pool was so dirty and worn out , breakfast horrible , staff were not even professional garbage in the front yard

I booked thru Expedia and messaged the hotel 3 times before my trip . I chose the hotel because I needed an airport hotel and shuttle. Since they would not respond - I had no shuttle on my arrival. I had to pay $9 USD for a taxi to the hotel. I just needed a hotel for a long layover to sleep and shower and then go back to the airport. I did get a return shuttle. Breakfast was literally just bread and half an apple and a slice of cake. I did not shower because it was not that nice. I did sleep and they did allow a late check out which was great. I know what I was booking so I’m not really complaining about the shower but I gave a low rating for not answering messages and scheduling a shuttle for me on arrival. Breakfast needs some protein at least. But thankful for a late check out.

Hard to sleep when there are cockroaches crawling all over you. The wifi in the rooms also didn’t work, the only wifi available was at the bar. I also booked this hotel so my kids could enjoy the pool and water slide, however the slide looks to have been out of order for months, and the pool was very cloudy. The room was also quite worn, especially the shower/tub. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and let us check in early. We missed out on breakfast as it opens at 7am and we had an early flight, so something to be aware of if you’re staying here before your flight.

Honestly not a bad stay for a short time. Definitely what you pay for. Wasn’t the cleanest, nor the best maintained. But the Fijian hospitality was strong. The chicken curry was delicious! Breakfast was unimpressive but sustaining. I’d seen many reviews about bed bugs but I checked and it looked okay. The beds definitely have seen some things. A quick stay is fine and the team were lovely to us.

No wifi in the room; need to come down to the lobby for wifi. The room TV was not working. Breakfast was not so great. Some staff are great to interact with and kind to help, and some seem not very interested in having you at all. Overall, it was just a short stay, and the cost was okay. Thank you
