"The best hotel by far, with the loveliest staff - who adored our children and went over and above with everything they did for our family. Breakfast buffet was amazing, very spoilt for choice and so many options. Onsite restaurants are also amazing, but here is literally no need to leave the resort as everything you need is there. Can’t wait to return"

However, I did notice that the staff seemed a bit under-informed when it came to the details of the cuisine. While they were eager to help, they couldn’t always answer questions about specific dishes or ingredients, which was a little disappointing for a person with food allergies Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming atmosphere, clean accommodations, and excellent breakfast, but it would be even better if the staff were more knowledgeable about the menu. "We stayed after a late flight before heading to our destination in the morning. 24/7 check in was great and the apartment was spacious. But the beds were rock hard and one of the rooms smelled like cigarettes. Also note fresh milk is not provided (creamer sachets only) but there is a supermarket on the bottom floor. Also the wifi is not free. It roughly did the job, but likely will stay elsewhere next time. "
