「The experience was great. Very friendly staffs. Nice breakfast included. Room was clean and new. So many clean towels were given. Warm environment and feel like home. The only minor things I found not convenience for me was there were no hook for me to hang my clothes or towel in the washroom. And, we were staying on the 2nd floor but there was no lift in the hotel so on the first day when we arrive, we need to carry the heavy lugguges and skis equipments and walk up the stairs to our...
