"Staff was very friendly and helpful, location is great as it's walkable to the city center. There is a lawson across the street, 2nd floor has vending and ice machines and a microwave. Only issue is that it's older so you can sometimes hear people stomping about in the room above. Great price for the stay and there is a bus stop outside if you prefer that over taking a taxi. Taxi both to and from the hotel from New Chitose airport was $100+ USD each trip. "
