「If I could give Gaia 10 stars, I would. The customer service is truly outstanding. We were a family of four, and after a 4-hour plane ride, a 2-hour customs line, and a 3½-hour drive from San José Airport, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. 「We love this spot. Came here pre kid 15 ish years ago and returned with our 9 year old. There is a new building but the vibe is the same. Walkable uphill and downhill to restaurants but certainly stay and try the onsite at Sloth. The food was lovely. 」

「We arrived to the hotel after dark, it was a little confusing finding it (wish there were a few more signs), but once we found it, we were very pleased! Staff was very friendly, room was super cute and very clean! The views were absolutely amazing!! We had the free breakfast and it was great. (There was coffee, juice, toast, eggs, plantains, sausage, cereal and fresh fruit) from what I remember…This was our 1st trip to Costa Rica, and we have already booked again to come back. 「What an amazing vacation we had. After 5 days most of the staff had become good friends. It was sad to say goodbye to them. The location is stunning too with 180 degree views of 2 beaches. Outside our room we had a monkey highway as each morning 10 monkeys would walk across the vines outside our room. The wildlife are real happy there as we saw sloths, friendly lizards and lots of monkeys. And last but not least, the food was amazing at both restaurants. We cant wait to return!」

「Staff is incredible and this is a gorgeous hotel. I appreciate how accommodating everyone is here from the front desk, the shuttle drivers, the housekeepers, restaurant staff, etc. We had a Jungle view split with a great look at the ocean and never missed a sunset. This easily stood out as the nicest hotel in the area, and you'll also see so much wildlife from your room and as you walk around the property. 1,000,000/10 experience」
