「If I could give Gaia 10 stars, I would. The customer service is truly outstanding. We were a family of four, and after a 4-hour plane ride, a 2-hour customs line, and a 3½-hour drive from San José Airport, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. 「Staff was great. Rooms cleaned every day. Near plenty of food and attractions. Manuel Antonio National Park, the Marina with plenty of excursions. Good food on property as well. Free breakfast definitely worth it. My guy Moises was a pleasure to meet at the Hotel as well. Overall staff was amazing, but he deserves a special shout out. Makes greet drinks and super good guy」

「You are assigned a concierge who helps with booking tours, making reservation and any needs on the property. Our concierge Jose stayed in contact with us throughout our stay arranging tours for each of us and arranged for baggage assistance and breakfast for our early morning departure.」

「Great manager, she is kind, knowledgeable, funny, and easy to reach. The place was clean and good location. Great for those on a budget not needing every amenity. If driving, back into parking lot. Grill currently not available due to building of an outside sitting area. Not sure you can walk to marina in 20 minutes, nor would I given the hill, but you definitely cannot walk to the park. Don’t think this error in landmarks is the fault of Tico Tico though, but the reason for my 3 stars on...

「This was by far the most expensive place I have ever stayed. We really splurged by staying here, but I have to say it was worth it. The grounds, private beach with amenities like sand toys and boogie boards, the pools and the WILDLIFE. Really the best part of all was the sloths and monkeys that were right outside our door everyday. They made it so fun to be here. We ate at many of the restaurants and they were OK but very pricey. 「Tulemar is truly like being in paradise! We woke up to monkeys playing on the roof in the morning and jumping from tree to tree. We could not stop watching them. Brian was our concierge and he was the best! Anything we needed he took care of. We could relax and didn’t have any worries. The grounds are beautiful and perfectly maintained. The beach was nice and they provided chairs and umbrellas along with food and drinks. I will definitely be back. Pura Vida」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Costa Verde. It is a great family hotel and offers lots of nice features, very helpful staff in fact we reached the hotel at noon when the check-in was 3pm and still they accomodated us and gave us a room. We had an ocean facing room. The room was spacious with two beds, air conditioning, room was clean, comfortable, with a closet and a safe. My girls wanted to go parasailing the same day and we called the front desk and they immediately arranged it for us....

「Loved our stay here!! Beautiful views, porch was a plus, air conditioning worked great, comfortable, and we own had our own parking spot right outside the door. The only small downfall is the entrance is pretty dangerous as it's hard to see cars coming from the one direction. Recommend 1000%! Our favorite stay out of the 4 places we stayed in Costa Rica!」

「Spotless!!!!!!!! Nice smell. Location was perfect. Close to Manuel Antonio, and Quepos. So you get some jungle and some city. I would recommend some hooks on the wall to hang clothes. Everything else was top notch. Love the bathroom, the bed, the view and air conditioning 」
