「If I could give Gaia 10 stars, I would. The customer service is truly outstanding. We were a family of four, and after a 4-hour plane ride, a 2-hour customs line, and a 3½-hour drive from San José Airport, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. 「The room was really cool and set up uniquely but not super private. The biggest issue was the bed. The mattress was so incredibly hard and that’s coming from someone who loves a firm mattress. It was literally hard as a board and unlike any mattress I’ve ever laid on. Neither of us could sleep the first night because it was truly painful. 「The location is gorgeous! Our villa was ok for us (2 adults, 4 teens) but could have been better. It was 2 levels but you had to go outside to get between the two floors. Having a private beach with chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards was a big plus.」
