Absolutely loved this place. Everyone was very nice, and the property is lovely. The ability to lie on the hammock and look at the view made the rainy days so peaceful. I recommend booking the larger king room.

Villas Nicolas was absolutely amazing! The staff were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was so nice to stay at an adults only place! I think the property has only 12 rooms so it feels intimate. Therefore, it's quiet without tons of people. We swam in the pool every day. Breakfast is included. If I would visit Manuel Antonio again, I would without a doubt stay here again. 10/10!!!

Super quiet environment. Lots of nature. Great location between Manuel and the town. Denny and Paula were super helpful. Breakfast every morning is nice because you’re busy doing excursions and it helps with the cost. We had a great and safe experience. Slight plumbing issue but the villa resolved it immediately.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villas Nicolas. Beautiful property, lots of nature and animals around. We appreciated the daily breakfast, and there were many restaurants within walking distance. The staff were kind and helpful, we would recommend staying here to friends and family.

We had a great stay here overall, they upgraded our room and we had a beautiful view of the ocean beside the jungle filled with animals, the patio with a hammock was a highlight. There are many gaps in the door so bugs were easily able to enter the room which wasnt the greatest! Overall would recommend if you can handle bugs/wildlife!

We were very happy with our stay. The property is in a great location near the park and is very private once you get inside. The pool area is great, very tranquil. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A.C was great, had a little coffee maker. Our room did not have a balcony, but had a big window with a view to the ocean and into the jungle. Would recommend without question.
