"Bell Staff had excellent English so rental car and greetings at entrance were welcoming. Rooms were kept overly clean each day. Quiet hotel room even during a wind storm helped sleep! Amazing sunsets from the lobby and views of the city are worth the minor confusion of a lobby above guest rooms. Bedding was outstanding quality, super comfortable - had great sleep. Small reminder on guest floor elevator buttons that lobby is UP would be useful. Promote best English speaking bell staff to front desk!"

"Thank you for the hospitality. I had a comfortable stay. Our room was at the top floor and was very quiet. It was furnished with everything that I needed. Staff was very courteous and helpful. They gave me coupons so I used them to pay for parking. Valet parking is definitely a plus. Also walking distance to kokusa dori shopping street and many good restaurants. Recommend this lovely hotel to coworkers as well."
