"The property was fabulous although I have to say the restaurants at the hotel were very overpriced so we found we had to leave most of the time to eat. For $45 per person breakfast charge is a good example of excessive charges. As well, you had to pay for beach chairs if you're at the beach, which should probably be supplied to hotel guests. Really beautiful hotel though and the indoor pools were great. "

"Overall it was a nice stay. We arrived around 9pm. They had a free transportation between the parking garage and the main entrance. The parking fee was 1000 Japanese yen per night total 3000 yen for the stay. We chose “eco-friendly house keeping”. It saved us 3000 yen. The girl who helped our check-in was very friendly and well knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable. We received a bottle of sparkling wine for free which I didn’t know. "The staff was super friendly and accommodating, everything was very tidy, the pools were great and the communal bath was really nice. If you're taking the time to read this then I have one piece of advice for you, get your international drivers permit before coming so you can rent a car. "A very good location for short time vacation. The bus line outside the front gate is excellent as it stops at most tourist places. Shopping and dining become very easy. Their laundry room is very big and provides many machines, very good. The pool is beautiful, but I didn't try it, because the weather was still cool. "The staff was great, and the entire hotel looked very clean. Food at the bar/restaurant was good as well. The bus stop was right next to the hotel, which made it easy to get to Kokusai Street and taxis are also available at all times. The only issue was that you definitely have to drive or use public transport to get to any of the shops or restaurants in Naha, however is a 10 - 20 minute ride (depending on traffic). "

"Amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency. Excellent service from the staff - shoutout to Watabe on the reception desk who even helped us book our ferry to Zamami island. Enjoyed lunch, breakfast and a massage here for a reasonable price. Location was perfect, being less than a two minute walk from Kokusai Dori street and a ten minute drive from Naha airport. Lovely, spacious and clean rooms and bathroom. Would definitely stay again!!"
