My only suggestion would be to have a small section of the pool reserved for adults-only, as I felt the property was more so geared towards children (all three pools) and less towards adults/couples looking to relax. "My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! "

"Overall a decent hotel for the money. The room, while tiny was adequate for my needs and the bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast was included for free, but there wasn't much to choose from although at this price point it's better than absolutely nothing.
There's a FamilyMart just across the street which is very convenient. The ferry terminal is only a 10 minute walk away as is most of the restaurants and izakayas. The staff were very polite and friendly.

Though Ishigaki might not have many top sights, you can venture to the surrounding area to see attractions like Ishigaki Island Ferry Terminal and Ishigaki Island Limestone Cave.
I would definitely recommend renting a car if possible. We were able to drive the entire island to do all the activities & attractions we wanted to. If you go to remote islands...have everything planned out before you go, including transportation.

"The Breakfast Hotel lets you make your own smoothie in the morning. It's a winner for all guests.
Overall a great hotel with an open bar for happy hour between 5 and 8pm.
A couple of the parking spots could be better for lower ride cars. But generally parking is easy . Be aware of the one way street though!

The only thing we were very disappointed in was the poor level of English in the reception area. It was painful and at times impossible to inquire about anything.
