"Stayed for 2 nights as a family of 4. Check in was very smooth. They even let us checkin an hour early given we had kids. Nice touch. The unit was clean and spacious. They provided welcome drink tickets which we could redeem anytime during our stay at the bar/restaurant in the main lobby for either coffee, non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages which was a nice touch. The hotel was within walking distance to the main strip and had food options relatively close by. The room was good value for money. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit. A++"

"Staff was incredibly helpful in answering questions about the local area and in holding our luggage before and after our reservation. All staff we encountered spoke English which is always helpful. Room was clean with only minor evidence of wear (older carpet and marks on walls). Beds were comfy, only complaint is there weren’t enough pillows (which is typical in Japan), but we made do and still slept really well. Little to no road noise, with an awesome bakery down the street. Would absolutely stay here again!"
