Pros: Lots of food around. Shower and bath separate from toilet and nice shower heads. Cons: Only 2 sets of everything were in room despite having 3 guests. No way to get extra comforter even if offering to pay extra (can get extra wool blankets).

Generally a really comfortable and nice stay Cleanliness was very high, amenities were good and plentiful, and the breakfast buffet (including waiter/waitress service) was excellent. Only downside being a lot of noise could be heard from neighbouring/rooms above, which was a shame - and pillow selection could have been better.

Had a good time. Only problem was the bathroom in reception (that displays access for parents) stinks of smoke. Stunk on multiple days even after mentioning to staff. Wife opened a cupboard in there and found an ashtray!! Disgusting to smoke in a room for children.

You can find good local restaurants around hotel without long wait and reservation. However, this hotel is far away from public transportation! It was no fun for rolling the suitcases to hotel!

The room is big by other hotels (same tier) in Japan. The bed was big and hardness of the mattress is just right. The pillows are a bit too soft. The bathroom was fantastic due to the layout and very spacious!! It would be great if they have at least 1 English programme on top of the CNN. Unfortunately, during the day the CNN was dubbed into Japanese. Only around 11pm the Japanese dubbing was removed. The dubbing should be removed and replaced by Japanese subtitles. Overall still excellent.

Conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from JR Nagoya Station. There are numerous casual restaurants offering a variety of options, including sushi, unagi, and tonkatsu, as well as convenience stores and drugstores within a 3โ€“8 minute walk. If you enjoy walking and the weather is good, you can even reach Nagoya Castle on foot. Nagoya Station itself is connected to two massive department store buildings, similar to Macyโ€™s or Nordstrom in major U.S. cities like NYC, Chicago, and SF, with countless restaurants and shops throughout. The rooms may feel significantly smaller compared to those in the U.S., but they are impeccably clean, and Japanโ€™s high-tech toilets are unbeatable! The hotel staff were very courteous and friendly, and the buffet-style breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options, both of which were delicious. My room didnโ€™t have the greatest view, but I canโ€™t speak for others.
