The reception staff were friendly and helpful and really made our stay pleasant. The hotel had decent sized rooms and good breakfast choice, and was very convenient for the subway and my conference venue.

Clean, comfortable and spacious room with great facilities including public bath and beer in the vending machines. More of a business hotel, not much immediately nearby for tourists however very close to metro stations and plenty of convenience and drug stores so seems to be a convenient location.

Had an overnight stay in Nagoya with my family of 5. We booked two rooms as the rate was very competitive. Rooms are excellent, with a separate shower and washroom area. Staff was friendly and efficient and the onsen was perfect after a long day of aight seeing. Would stay again.

We liked our short stay at Green Rich Hotel Nagoyanishiki. Our room was clean and a decent size. The bathroom was big, which is kinda rare for Japanese hotels :) The location is superb. There are several subway stations nearby, lots of restaurants, a shopping mall, museums, The Mirai Tower, and other landmarks. We would stay again at this hotel.

Very clean and spacious, staff very attentive and friendly. Easy to check in. Includes free breakfast daily which is plentiful and includes both Western and Japanese style dishes. There is a drug store "V drugs" 2 mins walk away as well as several convenience stores within a few mins walk. Location is excellent. The onsen bath is very comfortable. I would stay here again in the future.

Good hotels, need more flexibility

A little bit bigger than the one I lived in Tokyo. Clean and quiet. But service is quite poor. Since hotel provides a thick comforter even in hot summer, I asked for a thin bedsheets to cover and then we can save some energy from AC, but rejected. Asked disposable slippers, also rejected; for this part I understand, “for green eco”. But my wife’s slippers broken, she didn’t like the reusable slippers from hotels. Has to buy a new one for her at late night😩. Breakfast is good.
