Location: * Very very conveniently located beside Nagano train station as well as the bus terminal * The hotel itself is also linked via a walkway on the 2nd floor to the train station - making access even more convenient * Lawson and Family Mart just at the doorstep; many food options nearby Service: * Check-in and check-out were a breeze, thanks to the use of an automated system (first I’ve ever seen!) * Staff are also very friendly and very helpful, especially when I had questions about the area Rooms: * Clean and well maintained * Tend to be smaller/ more compact but still made for a nice stay. The beds and pillows were really confortable!

Wonderful stay in Nagano

I always go for Sotetsu Fresa Inn because the rooms have a very clean and comfortable aesthetic. Great location by the JR station, and very easy access to the city's tourist destinations. Bonus: Donki and karaoke in the same building!
