"We cannot say enough good things about our experience. The staff went above and beyond to help us and accommodate us with all of our requests. We were sad to leave, as the rooms were so comfy. We rented bikes for the day at a great, affordable price and loved spending our evenings in the tattoo friendly Onsen. Would absolutely stay here again!"
"Extremely friendly staff went above and beyond to help me and my partner. The room was clean and sleeping on a traditional futon was a fun experience. My partner and I never slept better! The traditional bath was nice as well. There’s shared toilets separated between male and female. The toilet room was always clean, smell good, and had a heated seat.
You get to enjoy the beautiful views of the lake (we recommend renting a bike and eating at the local restaurants). Also, when you look behind you will have an incredible view of Mount Fuji! It was such a breath taking moment the first time seeing Mount Fuji. We highly recommend staying here and supporting the locals! Great food everywhere we went!"
"We love our stay. It's 'trailer' style type of property, very cute also has second floor ( for sleep area ). We have both amazing view, lake view and mt fuji view. They provide almost everything we need ( things that other hotels wont provide such as curling iron, bottle of water , aluminium foil, dogs snacks/dogs nappy). The only small feedback will be our parking spot/ parking area and pathway to our trailer is gravel , it was hard to drag the luggage . Will be nice if there is a walkway."
"They have more than one building, and luckily, I stored my luggage at the correct one. The room was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue I had was that the room smelled like seafood. "
"If you are looking for a wonderful unique experience in Japan, you have to stay here, the pods themselves are incredible for the room you get within them and the amenities that are provided. The bath rooms were exceptional however the best thing has to be the staff. Their friendliness and attentiveness is second to none that I’ve ever experienced. Whilst using one of their hire bikes I accidentally broke the lock so they drove 20 mins to pick me up and told me they would fix it and not to worry. As I was leaving to the bus stop I was heading to the incorrect stop so the man came down in his car to pick me up and drove me to the correct stop. Thank you so much and if i return to Japan I will 100% return here again"
