"Cute little place right by the lake and close to Mt. Fuji! The place was nice and clean. They provide great amenities like bicycle rental and other information for tourists. Staff was very kind as we were allowed to wait for a few hours until our bus came. My highlight was the bath as it was a very traditional experience with the yukata!"

"They will send you a message shortly after booking asking for your email in some special format but your reply will get censored by Expedia - don’t worry about it as Expedia will forward messages properly. Look out for your door pin 1 day before checkin. Such a beautiful location. Wake up to Mt Fuji and the lake every morning - it may be misty at times but view is stunning when the weather clears. Bike rental and 7-11 just a few minutes walk away."
