「The room is clean, and comfortable,we booked the family room for three persons. They provided bottled water an d heater so that we can drink hot tea and coffee. Toilet and bath room are open,but there are a high wall to protect our privacy. Good experience there.」

「This accommodation is terrible. My room is on the exterior, and the windows are open, so I can hear all the outside noise at night. There were cockroaches and ants on the bed, and the towels had mites. The water pressure in the shower is very low, and there is no hot water. There were many large ants in the bathroom. 「Great stay! Stayed 1 night. Very personalized service. The manager greets and checks in with each guest several times throughout the start as needed. Sri Lankan breakfast was great! Pool very nice. Was able to arrange a tuktuk transfer to several of the archaeological and religious sites within Anuradhapura for 5000 rupees (3-4 hours tour). Highly recommend!」

Ma ciò non basta per raggiungere un livello di servizio di media/alta qualità.
Le camere danno su una delle strade principali per cui abbiamo notato già al nostro arrivo un po' di traffico.
La mattina successiva traffico dalle 6,30.
Nel bagno c'era puzza di fogna, acqua calda solo per il doccino ma non il lavabo.
Lenzuola non pulite e muffa nella camera vicino alla porta d'ingresso.

「The property is a newly built house, great design, very ill maintained. Smelly blankets, no bedsheet between the blanket and your body. Uncleaned rags in front of the bathroom. No tea-coffee and hot water kettle in the room, no water bottle in the room. I paid $43 for my stay, seems there are better options nearby at half the price.」

「This is extremely dirty place to stay. Our bathrooms were not cleaned , there were no hand soaps and mold on the ceiling. There were dead cockroaches as well. Photos on Expedia are probably from when the hotel started. But, the condition is not like this anymore. 」

「I arrived a bit late at night so they reserved a very large room for me as other rooms are all be booked. Nice room with fan and air-con. Though the air-con didnt work, sleep with fan is definately not a problem. Cleanness of the room still need to be improve as I can find a dead inserts under the bed.
Staffs are very helpful and nice. Help me to prepare dinner and breakfast and call tuktuk for my sightseeing the next day.
Overall is pretty good with reasonable price.」
