「Ne vous y méprenez pas, l’atout de cet hôtel réside dans son agréable piscine, propre et à l’eau naturellement chaude. On pourrait aussi parler de son curry agréable.
Pour le reste, nous avons été franchement déçus et pourtant, nous ne sommes pas particulièrement exigeants.

「The property is a newly built house, great design, very ill maintained. Smelly blankets, no bedsheet between the blanket and your body. Uncleaned rags in front of the bathroom. No tea-coffee and hot water kettle in the room, no water bottle in the room. I paid $43 for my stay, seems there are better options nearby at half the price.」

Ma ciò non basta per raggiungere un livello di servizio di media/alta qualità.
Le camere danno su una delle strade principali per cui abbiamo notato già al nostro arrivo un po' di traffico.
La mattina successiva traffico dalle 6,30.
Nel bagno c'era puzza di fogna, acqua calda solo per il doccino ma non il lavabo.
Lenzuola non pulite e muffa nella camera vicino alla porta d'ingresso.
Lascio valutare a chi vorrà andare in questo hotel se è il caso di andarci...

「Great stay! Stayed 1 night. Very personalized service. The manager greets and checks in with each guest several times throughout the start as needed. Sri Lankan breakfast was great! Pool very nice. Was able to arrange a tuktuk transfer to several of the archaeological and religious sites within Anuradhapura for 5000 rupees (3-4 hours tour). Highly recommend!」

「This accommodation is terrible. My room is on the exterior, and the windows are open, so I can hear all the outside noise at night. There were cockroaches and ants on the bed, and the towels had mites. The water pressure in the shower is very low, and there is no hot water. There were many large ants in the bathroom. 「A notre arrivée, l'hôtelier nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de réservation à notre nom, qu'il venait de racheter cet hôtel et que pour pouvoir y dormir, il fallait annuler notre réservation auprès d'hotel.com (ce qui était impossible sans perdre les 60 € déjà payés car il nous demandait une annulation pour le jour même) et qu'ensuite, il fallait le payer en espèces le prix de la chambre (environ 45 €).
