「Personale cordiale e gentile.
Ma ciò non basta per raggiungere un livello di servizio di media/alta qualità.
Le camere danno su una delle strade principali per cui abbiamo notato già al nostro arrivo un po' di traffico.
La mattina successiva traffico dalle 6,30.
Nel bagno c'era puzza di fogna, acqua calda solo per il doccino ma non il lavabo.
Lenzuola non pulite e muffa nella camera vicino alla porta d'ingresso.
Lascio valutare a chi vorrà andare in questo hotel se è il caso di andarci...

「The room is clean, and comfortable,we booked the family room for three persons. They provided bottled water an d heater so that we can drink hot tea and coffee. Toilet and bath room are open,but there are a high wall to protect our privacy. Good experience there.」

「Great stay! Stayed 1 night. Very personalized service. The manager greets and checks in with each guest several times throughout the start as needed. Sri Lankan breakfast was great! Pool very nice. Was able to arrange a tuktuk transfer to several of the archaeological and religious sites within Anuradhapura for 5000 rupees (3-4 hours tour). Highly recommend!」

「This accommodation is terrible. My room is on the exterior, and the windows are open, so I can hear all the outside noise at night. There were cockroaches and ants on the bed, and the towels had mites. The water pressure in the shower is very low, and there is no hot water. There were many large ants in the bathroom. I do not recommend this accommodation at all.

「I arrived a bit late at night so they reserved a very large room for me as other rooms are all be booked. Nice room with fan and air-con. Though the air-con didnt work, sleep with fan is definately not a problem. Cleanness of the room still need to be improve as I can find a dead inserts under the bed.
Staffs are very helpful and nice. Help me to prepare dinner and breakfast and call tuktuk for my sightseeing the next day.
Overall is pretty good with reasonable price.」

「A notre arrivée, l'hôtelier nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de réservation à notre nom, qu'il venait de racheter cet hôtel et que pour pouvoir y dormir, il fallait annuler notre réservation auprès d'hotel.com (ce qui était impossible sans perdre les 60 € déjà payés car il nous demandait une annulation pour le jour même) et qu'ensuite, il fallait le payer en espèces le prix de la chambre (environ 45 €).
