「The hotel is extremely disappointing, especially considering all the positive reviews and its high rating. The hotel refuses to provide guests with bottled water or other bottled drinks, claiming that this is part of their environmental policy. In my opinion, this has nothing to do with protecting the environment and feels more like an attempt to cut costs, especially considering the high price we paid for our stay. We even saw staff providing bottled drinks to guests after receiving tips. The...

「It was a memorable stay. We were upgraded to a room with a jaccuzzi and it was a really nice and thoughtful touch. Most of the staff were very kind and helpful. The food was good at the buffet and the Mediterranean restaurant, and the fruit bar and mango juice were simply outstanding. The snorkeling was amazing, the best I ve ever had. The proximity to Soho square is also a notable plus. The negative points are the smell of the room which was very musty and humid. Also, the air conditioner was...
