I only stayed for two nights before moving to another hotel but which I had stayed here longer. The facilities and room were clean, staff were incredibly friendly, the amenities were great, and the food was delicious! Because Sierra is part of the Savoy complex at Soho Park, you can get discounts are restaurants at the park as well which is extremely convenient. I would definitely come back here if I come back to Egypt.

Excellent stay at Sierra Sharm El Sheikh.

First impressions, friendly polite staff. Gardens are kept immaculate, very pretty walking around the hotel. Rooms are lovely and big, we had a nice big balcony. Lots of choice of food. Lots of choice of drinks. Big shout out to all the Restaurant staff. They are a credit to your hotel. Highly recommend staying here, we have lovely memories to take home.

One of the best snorkeling places .the reef is long because Sierra and Savoy share the same beach. We had a very nice first diving experience thanks to Mr. Wael and captain Osama. The beach staff are very nice, welcoming and helpful. Our check in was very smooth and since we arrived at midnight they offered to send us to the room a small dinner like cheese and bread and some sweets. they even gave us free bowling tickets and free ice skating tickets and free sauna and jacuzzi as welcoming gift. Soho square is just at the door step and the guests at Sierra can enjoy the shows every night for free and there is a sierra bar for free there too. The shows start at 8:30 till almost 3am. the rooms are very clean and the staff at the hotel are always smiling and welcoming. the food was good to very good.

Perfect experience

This hotel was our latest destination for our planned trip and out of 3 this was by far the best hotel. All services and amenities were 5 star. For us only improvement point was lack of frequency in shuttles to key areas such as old market. There was only 1 shuttle goes at 9. 00 pm and returns at 12.00 am. There could be some options like hourly shuttle service after 7 to 12.

Okay stay at Sierra

Stayed here for a week - great weeks stay in a hotel. Air conditioning and door broke during our stay but this was fixed right away. Food is okay, repetitive and entertainment not bad. Near soho square and the beach so always something to do. There are many pools on site which is nice.
