Was a relaxing hotel but needed some TLC and a mixed view of staff (some were rude and other s very professional. Spa area was very shabby as paint was peeling off roof). Also the shop owners in hotel were very annoying.

Cleanliness of the room, timely check-in. We were told our room right be ready at 12pm so we went on an excursion and came back at 2pm and our room wasn't ready until almost 3pm. I ordered room service and my food order never arrived. Maybe more to showcase the amenities. The transportation was very expensive The staff are really great, very kind and friendly.

We super enjoyed our stay. The pool and beach are great . The dining options were awesome. The cleanliness and service were super. The TV remote control could do with an upgrade since its not very responsive and a little of a process to navigate channles but it did not take away anything away from our enjoyment and overall we had a great time. Overall it is great hotel, beach and pool clean and very nice. Rooms are definitely not 5 star but it’s ok, and in my room(350) was very bad smell, probably from the bed.

We had a wonderful time in Baron Palms Resort, excellent service, beautiful property and wonderful beach. Breakfast is amazing, lunch is good and dinner has great options but the food was not hot enough. Will definitely return! Make sure to get massage!
