「AVOID. I booked this hotel for my birthday which was ruined by tremendous noise caused by the cleaner at 8am. Rude cleaning lady began making noise in the room next door at 8am banging the beds, moving furniture around etc even though this is not allowed until 9am. She pretended that she did not know she was not supposed to be making noise at that time and continued. 「Ein sehr schönes Hotel, mit direkter Nähe zum Strand. Es gibt keine Animation, was wir gut fanden. So kann man wirklich in aller Ruhe entspannen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. 「This property was a gem. As of June ‘26 this is a newly remodeled property. Suites as huge and have plenty of space for a family of 4 or 5. Everything from the room entertainment to the bathroom was spotless. The lobby and restaurants are amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The pool, beach, and outdoor restaurant were also in great condition and had great options. This felt way nicer than equivalent properties in places like Cabo, Maui, or the Caribbean....
