"My partner and I stayed here Valentines Day weekend. Great location, just a few minute walk to Grand Central station. The decorations in the room are modern and lighthearted, nice vibe. We had an especially nice experience in the restaurant with a waitress who made us feel very welcome both before we headed to our Broadway play and again afterwards when we stopped by for a nightcap. It was really a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The Breakfast was amazing, Great selection and the food taste Good Parking was good, there is a parking lot around the corner. The only thing that could have made the Parking better was if it was validated when You stayed in the Hotel. The room was a little small but everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was Amazing "

"Super comfy beds, quick check-in, a ceiling fan, minimal bath amenities. Our room did not have electrical or USB ports on the wall near the beds???? We have stayed there before....same issue. Odd."

"The room was quite spacious and tidy, and the staff provided excellent service, with only one individual presenting a minor issue, but overall, the team was great. The most significant advantage is its prime location, conveniently situated near all amenities. This is truly the best hotel for its location."

"The room temperature was 82 F when I arrived and setpoint was flashing 65 F. Immediately called down to the desk, bottom line, thermostat was broke and no other rooms. "

"The hotel was in a great location off time square. It was clean and the staff were really nice. I love the lobby area. I also felt safe because it required a key pass to go to your rooms. We had a quad room with 2 bunk beds. It did not have curtains or drawers like the ones pictured on the website. But it did have chargers in the wall and the beds were comfortable. I loved the down blankets. The bathrooms were clean. Make sure you bring a body pouf or washcloth because they don’t have those. "

"Some of the nites our room was overheated with a radiator we had no control over. We opened windows but it was still hot. And this was in March—not hot outside. "
