No way is this an 8 star hotel. Maybe 6. They don't make the beds or change the towels. One bed had a comforter and one didnt.

The deferred maintenance is obvious throughout the property. Showers and “hot” tubs were cold. The toilets ran non stop and when we were told someone would come to take a look, no one showed up. Water to the building was shutoff during peak hours on our first day. My wife had to work from the room ...
