It is an older hotel, but they keep it clean and fairly well maintained. Small stove and full size fridge were a pleasant surprise. Very nice view, even though we had partial ocean view. Breakfast was good (not great). Huge bonus - free EV charging next to the breakfast hall.

Not servicing the rooms should have been communicated in advance of booking, not when you arrived to the facility! We could not even get a fresh towels nor trash is collected. Bro room was clean great customer service easy checkout, easy check-in parking was OK. Great location near the beach fun activities for the kids fun pool area for the kids. Nice stay.

Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark
Staff not as friendly and poor customer service , long line to wait to check or ask a question. Extra charges at that wasn’t made at check in , no usb / C drive charging anywhere in the rooms
