「Excellent location and incredibly friendly, and very helpful staff. We stayed in a spacious suite that offered very good value for money. The only minor thing was the bathroom's glass doors facing the bed, although this seems to be a common trend in many modern hotels. Highly recommended!!!」

「We stayed one night before catching an early (6am) flight. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Central so easy to access the old town of Heraklion, and to find restaurants in easy walking distance. The ride to the airport was only about 11 or 12 minutes. It is central, and so there was street noise for much of the night so if you want quiet choose somewhere else.」

「Nice hotel, well maintained despite dated rooms. Understand it's all inclusive if you have that option but charging extortionate prices to push people into going all-inclusive (15 EUR for all mixed drinks) is a bit much. Felt like the complimentary bottle of wine was lacklustre and a bit cheap for it was as it was only a half bottle with served with two walnuts and some peanuts. Same with the hotel only leaving a generic Birthday card in the room was really minimal effort that it may as well...

「就在舊城區的商圈中，地理位置算放便，留下不能停車，房間設計現代風格的，感覺非常舒適，空間也很足夠，還有一個小陽台。餐具相當的完備，還送二小瓶當地的烈酒。入住前就會通知如何取得房間鑰匙，及相關的注意事項還有旅遊餐飲的建議。真的很喜歡這家公寓。」

「Appartement bien placé à 1/4 heure à pieds du centre-ville et de la gare routière où les bus nous emmènent facilement sur les différentes villes à visiter. Logement très propre toutefois manque balai et pelle. Également torchon vaisselle. Logement fonctionnel mais à condition de ne pas cuisiner car il y a vraiment le strict minimum. Par contre grand balcon pour faire sécher le linge et nous avions la chance de donner sur une petite rue donc aucun bruit. Logement bien insonorisé. Pas de souci...

「Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από μπαράκια με πολύ δυνατή μουσική Κ δεν έχει ηχομόνωση, είναι σαν να μένεις σε Από την άλλη ακούγονται έντονα Κ τα αεροπλάνα.Το μπάνιο βρωμάει ΑΠΑΊΣΙΑ!!! Από την είσοδο μέχρι το ασανσέρ έχει σκάλες, όποτε είναι δύσκολα με βαλίτσες Κ για άτομα με κινητικά προβλήματα.Η θέα από το δωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι είναι η απέναντι πολυκατοικία,στα λίγα μέτρα.Παλιο, κακοσυντηρημένο κτίριο.」
