「This was our repeat stay in Werzler. First time in the chalet and this time in the room. The resort is well maintained with attention to detail and excellent service. The Place has been tastefully done and some rare historic photographs, both from India and all over the world, adorn the reception area. We hope to make this resort our place of stay during our annual visits to this area」

「The hospitality of the staff is above and beyond what one would expect. It's like you've made friends, the head chef, Salim treats you like you are a guest in his home. The wait staff, from Andrew, Bibin, Vivek, and the others never sit around. They are always on their feet, waiting to see what they can do for you. Uvin, Sweety, and Chris at the front desk make your settling in with ease. The fact that I know all their names speak to the impression they have made. 」
