"The room itself was appalling and though it was advertised as having a kind and a twin bed, we had to request for the twin bed, which was a stretcher at best. The property itself was musty and reeked. The only good thing was the free breakfast and the friendly staff. Would not recommend staying here."

"Comfortable accommodation and well worth the money. One thing to note is that the place is a bit away (30 min walk) from the main tourist area of Fort Kochi. Not a lot dining options around the hotel either. However, you can take a bus or a quick tuk tuk ride to Jewish town or fort Kochi beach area. Good AC and ceiling fan. Windows with nets to prevent mosquitoes, fairly quiet place. Had a good night's sleep without fail"

"One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! The room offered a stunning sea view, and the service was warm and attentive throughout our stay. "Great staff and service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I like that you have the option for a buffet dinner or a la carte. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. I especially liked the fresh fruit and tea. The rooms were nice and clean. We were also upgraded to a nicer room which was much appreciated. And they sent a fruit plate to our room as a welcoming gift. We're excited to stay there again tomorrow."

"The entire process from check in to check out was made in a courteous and professional manner. Clean and comfortable bed, the facilities were user friendly and easy access to the airport.The highlight was the scrumptious buffet breakfast . We would definitely recommend this hotel and revisit when we are here. The only drawback is that no complimentary shuttle service from the airport . Transport is provided on request with a fee and I had to contact them twice to confirm details."

"It was a short stay. We landed at around 3 am and did not want to hit the roads in the middle of the night. And we decided to stay overnight at the airport Marriott. The chauffeur Vishnu was very patient with us as we had to wait for a bit pick up a piece of baggage that we forgot. Check-in was a breeze with Faizan who insisted that we have a late check out option arranged for and he was definitely right. Thanks again. Will be back. We didn't get to use the pool as it was pouring outside but it looked wonderful and well maintained."

"Great hotel located conveniently near the highway . Beautiful surrounding,amazing atmosphere and friendly staff who were always helpful.Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were clean, stylish, and cozy. Room service were excellent. Food was great and service was attentive and efficient.I always stay here whenever I visit kochi. This was my 5th stay in the last 3 years I hope to be back for another stay in few months time . Thanks a ton Team Holiday Inn Kochi .."
