「The hotel is located near many great restaurants and bars. The room was clean and very spacious. The air conditioning worked amazingly well. The staff were attentive and so accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. 」

「The floors were very dirty when we arrived. My feet turned black after like 30 minutes of walking barefoot. There was dust on the fans & surfaces. Previous guests food was still in the freezer. There was basically an empty roll of toilet paper in one bathroom then only 1 other roll in the place (have to supply your own). Overall location & property was nice. Just could be better maintained for guests. 」

「The bedroom had a window with broken blinds that made the bed visible to the inner courtyard walkways. Awkward. When I mentioned it they said they knew there were problems and thevwhole room was being renovated. Well, not in time for my stay. 」

「The first room they sent me to hadn't been cleaned; the second room was clean but furniture was broken / falling apart, there were mosquitoes inside, and the shower barely worked.」

「The experience started great with an early check in. My travel partner and I dropped our things off and went to run errands. When we returned to our room, the door was open, all the sheets stripped and our items no where to be seen. We rushed to the front where they discovered they had mistook us for another guest that was not allowed to be there and they shared they thought our room was theirs and had to remove their things. They gave us our things back and apologized, but it took over 3 hours...
