「La ubicación es excelente para quien intereza conocr el centro histórico de Ponce, esta en un primer piso y no hay que subir escaleras. Los techos son altos. El apartamente cuenta con dos habitaciones con aire acondicionado, cada una tiene una cama queen, pero en la sala donde esta el sofa cama no hay aire acondicionado. Deben aclarar eso en la información que se provee para el apartamento.」

「The easy access to the rooms, the faculty, the cleanliness was all great. The inside of the pools needed better cleaning, the pantry area needs more upgrade and more variety of snacks and the TV in the room was not the best service, it had alot of static and could barely be seen with good quality.」

「We stayed one night at Place by the Sea and it was more than adequate. Our mobile home was large and clean, the service was stellar, and the view from the back was quiet and relaxing! Fernando was so nice and recommend an amazing restaurant close by called el Rancho Playero!」

「Apartment is dark with windows that face into a courtyard. Wifi stopped working. AC would not stick to the preset temperature. Parking instructions were complicated. The floor space in the building is shared with a restaurant kitchen that has a loud industrial fan and music playing through to 9pm. 3 separate keys open 3 different doors needed to get to the apartment from the street.
