"My room was flooded on my first because it rained. I had to stay in my wet molded room until the next day. And from the looks of the wall after the raining I am sure they knew of this rooms issue. It been over 3wk and now one from management contact me or responded to hotel.com regarding my issue. The outside of the hotel is run down, not what you see on the picture. Definitely not what I expected for the money I paid. Other parties of my team were staying at the Hilton and it's definitely night and day. It's not worth it, the Hardrock was a disappointment. The casino had talks close with no one to run the talks. The cook was not great, we were on Puerto Rico, I expected better."

"Exactly what I expected and pleased with that. If you want the sound of the waves, it's right there although there isn't a beach per se. Located in a quiet neighborhood that's only a few minutes from big box shops, it's an easy jump off spot for exploring the area without having to deal with downtown streets. The apartment was well-appointed. Parking was easy and secure. The only complaint I have is the variability of hot water. It seemed to go from scalding to tepid, and difficult to find anything in between. "

"The property is beautiful. The pool and pool area is incredible. There were lots of activities around the pool to participate in if you wanted. - pickleball, miniature golf, children's play area, etc. The bar and food is wonderful and the facility itself is amazing. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Don't come to this property to enjoy the beautiful Caribbean Sea - the beach is not beautiful, and the bottom of the water has rocks and seaweed and is not clear. "

"The air conditioning was not functioning properly during our stay. Additionally, there was early construction activity in the building that caused significant noise, disrupting our sleep. The disturbance was severe enough that we ultimately had to leave the property. "
