"The hotel is conveniently located, the staff are very helpful and kind, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The only reason for my less than 5-star review was that the carpet in my room was stained and worn. This one maintenance item detracted a bit from an otherwise perfect experience. "

"The hotel is nice, the rooms are nice and the amenities and location are good. The toilet seats are flimsy thin plastic and the rooms thermostat cannot be adjusted with air and heat at your comfort. We only had heat and it was hot in the rooms and the a/c wasn't an option. Location is good and staff is friendly."

"We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Electra Palace in Athens. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of the Plaka neighborhood, close to many shops and restaurants. The acropolis is an easy 15 minute walk. We had both breakfast and dinner at the 8th floor restaurant which has a beautiful view of the acropolis and city of Athens. The food was incredible. The room was well kept and comfortable. The staff were very helpful making recommendations and booking our taxi. An amazing stay!"

"Genuinely so brilliant, from the moment we got in it was wonderful. Had a cancelled flight so had a 10 hour flight to the place plus a 1 hour metro which was very tiring and hot but instantly welcomed us and throughout exceeded all my expectations. Lovely place, lovely people, brilliant location."
