「it was lovely stay. staff were kind. great location and clean room. 」

「Mara Old City was in a great location in Sirkeci close to the tram, Marmaray, ferries and lots of restaurants. The gentlemen at the front desk were wonderful, so friendly! There was a couple of challenges that were eventually resolved - elevator not working, no electricity in the room and no water one day. Overall a very good stay.」

「Location is perfect 」

「Disappointing Service Despite a Good Location Our stay at Sura Hotel in Istanbul was unfortunately disappointing. While the hotel was clean and the location was convenient for exploring the city, the overall experience fell short of our expectations. During check-in, the reception staff informed us that breakfast was included in our reservation. However, we later discovered this was not true and were required to pay separately. We felt misled, especially because the breakfast was overpriced...

「Property was in the middle of city ,very easy to travel by walk ,good food …」

「This is a great hotel for travellers who are mostly looking for a clean place to sleep, and don’t intend to spend much time using hotel amenities. The rooms (or at least ours) were quite small, but clean and well kept. While there’s no gym, pool, etc., there is a seating area at the front lobby and the hotel staff are super kind, and bring tea and coffee as you sit. The location of this hotel was prime. It was within walking distance of everything and right beside a subway and tram system...
