"Unfortunately, I never got to see the hotel. As I was here on business and my meetings finished each day late, I was expecting to be able to check in late. 930pm I tried on the 2nd day. The hotel advertise a late check in, but they messaged me to say they wouldn't be able to give me a late check in and that I would have to come before 8pm or not come at all. "Incheckningen var bra och vi fick vårt rum långt före vi skulle få det. Personalen i restaurangen kunde kosta på sig ett leende och säga god morgon innan man fick en barsk fråga om vilket rum man bodde på. Man kunde endast beställa vid bordet vilket gjorde att det tog väldigt lång tid att bara få köpa något att dricka."
