The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar service was very slow. We waited for almost 15 minutes to order a drink. Waited another 20 minutes for it to come before we decided to walk off to find another establishment.

Veldig flott hotell, med profesjonell og imøtekommende personale. Vi hadde et romslig, rolig (god støyisolering) og rent twin rom hvor alt var i orden og fungerte som det skulle. Egen, privat del av stranden, med inkludert tilgang til solsenger, håndkler og parasoller. Høy kvalitet på garderobeanlegg, basseng og sauna område. God og velassortert frokost.

Fint hotell!

Härligt hotell med det lilla extra. Toppenbra läge, trevlig personal och fina omgivningar. Trevligt att det ingår tillgång till spaet. Fantastisk frukost!

Lovely hotel with excellent food and very helpful staff. Situated right on the beach with its own private beach area serviced by a bar and coffee shop. Ideally situated right next to Sopot restaurants, bars, and other shops as well as the boardwalk (incl. beautiful sunsets). Highly recommended.

Alla på hotellet var hjälpsamma och vänliga. Rummet/hotellet städades dagligen och hölls rent och fint. Frukosten var mycket fin med många olika valmöjligheter. Spaavdelningen var också välskött.

Fantastiskt hotell

Fantastiskt Hotel precis på stranden, Spa och pool var helt ok men inget speciellt. Enda nackdelen var svårigheten att hitta parkering

Helt greit hotell ved stranden

Helt greit hotell, litt slitt på rom, lite og altfor få senger ved innvendig basseng. Flott stand og veldig blide og flinke jenter og gutter som jobbet der.

Bra hotell!

Servicen är på topp! Bra läge i sopot, men lite för slitna rum. Vi bodde i en svit. Saknades lampa i taket och en av lamporna och ett eluttag i rummet funka inte, duschslangen var sönder. Men väldigt rent överallt och stor och bekväm säng! Frukost buffen var fantastisk också.

Perfekt läge, grymt spa, med bla bubbelpool. Frukosten var enorm & mycket trevlig personal överallt.

Hotellets personal krånglade enormt mycket varenda gång vi skulle betala på hotelets strand. Trots att båda våra kort var som garanti i receptionen. Personal för övrigt helt oangagerad. Total avsaknad av service känsla. Man fick aldrig ett leende under en hel vecka. Övriga gäster klagade på detta också.
