the breakfast only have polish language please add the english ,also the waitress english is not very well I ordered 2 fired eggs with one face she just bring the normal fired eggs,and also the bed sheet is very dirty when i was first arriving the hotel,the room is nice and the free water should be 2 bottles only one ,it's not very comfortable

A modern hotel in a perfect location. Quiet rooms at the back of the hotel overseeing the trees, a fantastic breakfast with high quality fresh local produce. One issue - staff just don't seem to care. There was a fire alarm at 4am and after the announcement in Polish and English to evacuate there were no further details. Guests panicked, got dressed and rushed outside just to be told by the reception staff that the alarm is now cancelled. There was no follow-up announcement, no email to all guests confirming it's all fine or explaining what happened. When I asked the receptionist in the morning why we were not told straight away that the alarm is cancelled or given any details, she was oblivious and kept saying that it happens and it's what it is. We ended up having a terrible day as our child didn't go back to bed after waking up at 4am. Another case of the mediocre staff attention is when it was raining really hard and I asked to borrow an umbrella just for a minute to move my child without getting soaked from the hotel to the taxi and the reception person and again the attitude was that the hotel does not provide umbrellas. Small things matter and make a big difference so I hope this feedback will be considered by the hotel to make some improvements.

Die Lage des Hotels war optimal, eine Mitarbeiterin war auch richtig lieb und hilfsbereit, ich glaube das war die Frühstücks Managerin. Die Rezeptionistinnen waren eher unfreundlich, voreingenommen und kühl uns ggü. Zu den polnischen Gästen waren die Damen sehr freundlich, aber als deutscher hatte man das Gefühl dort nicht so willkommen zu sein. Vom Service hatte ich definitiv mehr erwartet! Das Frühstück war gut.

The carpeted floor on the corridor smells so bad. The housekeeping didn’t change our bedsheets for our whole 7nights stay (maybe that was there standard?) Didn’t refill the shampoo or bodywash (no sign at all if what kind of soap that was inside the shower). No handsoap!!! Mopped/cleaned the floor just once!!! And sometimes they dont bother to fold the bedsheets, they just covered the bed with it. And once they didn’t clean our room. For a 4star hotel thats been advertised, i think it didn’t fit at all. Plus side,, is they are smiling and friendly but its not so easy to communicate because of the language.

Clean and a great breakfast. Staff could be more serviceminded, they seemed a bit bored with their costumers. Probably from person to person, the woman who checked us out was very serviceminded and helpful. Otherwise, a good hotel!

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid Room With Broken AC

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. We stayed at this hotel recently, and for three days we reported—twice a day—that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. Each time, we were told that someone would look into it. Nothing happened. On the third day, we finally heard from a staff member that the AC in our room hadn’t worked for weeks, and they apologized for the inconvenience. What’s worse is that they asked us not to leave a bad review, saying someone would contact us to resolve the issue. It’s now been four days since we checked out, and no one has reached out. The lack of honesty and follow-up is unacceptable. If you stay here, make sure everything in your room actually works—especially if it’s something essential like AC. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Amazing property but mostly staff. Very accommodating and helpful when needed. Beds are comfortable but you can’t separate them for two people unless you need them for kids. Grab studio bed instead which is lovely. Breakfast is delicious together with espresso coffee and access to oat milk or almond milk which you can froth and add to your coffee (I consider myself a Coffee connoisseur :). Overall, very pleasant 5 night stay and I’d def go back. Thank you to all making my stay so enjoyable.

Zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen. Leider hat es sich doch verändert. Zimmer wird nicht richtig geputzt. Benutzte Kaffeetassen auch nicht gereinigt und neue hin gestellt. Mit dem Chip ist man ins Zimmer gelangt. Via Zufall hab ich das Zimmer von außen ohne Chip aufgemacht. Jeder hätte reingehen können... Sprich die Elektronik hat teilweise nicht funktioniert. Sehr unerfreulich
