「I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro. 」

「Très bien situé et très pratique avec un bébé !」

「Very friendly/calme/clean.」

「Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.」

「Really helpful and friendly staff, gave me a map of the area with points of interest. Big clean rooms, a refrigerator that actually works and Good strong A/C during heatwave. Its definitely within walking distance of Brussels Central Train Station unless you have to carry 20KG+ suitcases. Most important part is, it's far away from the loud bars near city center. Really good value for money.」

「Facilities and staff are good, underground car park is safe and big, only the location is not excellent because the road to city centre looks not so safe.」

「The back alley where the hotel is located, seems sketchy but was safe overall. Located close to subway station and 10 min walk to city centre, it’s a good place to stay for budget travellers.」
