「It’s a fairly new hotel with excellent location by the waterfront. Buffet breakfast has plenty varieties. Carpark is just a short walk to the hotel. The area is safe and clean. Very enjoyable with easy access to everything.」

「Good location, and the staff is friendly and nice. However, the room was still not ready even after the 3:00 PM check-in time, and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes.」

「We love the castle collection apartment's they never disappoint this one was was like a stones throw away from the centre. Apartment was so comfortable and had all the things we needed in there. Only thing is it’s close to the bars and the noise can be loud but that won’t put us off would come here again. Parking is like only 3-5 mins walk away. 」

「This apartment was very clean and new. It’s one of my nicest stay in UK. The only drawback was the hot water heater being tripped. Good thing was the management had warned me through email and told me how to recover. I highly recommend it. 」
