「Friendly staff」

「Absolute gem of a place. Sarah is very hospitable and has all the amenities you need for a stay. The room was lovely and clean and breakfast was superb. We loved our stay and would love to come back one day thank you.」

「Lovely stay at the Woden! It’s quaint, clean and conveniently located with nice amenities. The manager Jay was very helpful and I was afforded a room upgrade before I arrived at no charge- what a pleasant surprise!」

「預訂了兩間房間，但第一位台前服務員只能安排兩間不同樓層的房間，經過要求下由另一位台前服務員才可安排兩間房間在同一樓層。 間房廁所漏水，部分房間燈未能運作。」

「Staff were helpful, pleasant and friendly. Clean room and good breakfast.」

「Overall a nice stay but the rooms needed a good clean and some simple renovation. The bed frame/fabric base was all stained, the floor was stained and the window latches all broken so the window was either wide open or shut. A couple of £1 hinges would fix it. Spiders in the shower in both rooms. The staff were great, parking easy, bar was nice. Just needs some simple tlc」

「自駕遊就非常方便，可免費泊車在街上，價格便宜，在屋內要上一小段樓梯，乾淨整齊，只是床中間有些凹陷，古色古香，一塵不染，維護非常好，很喜歡這種特式酒店！」

「excellent staff clean」

「Nobody told me there's activity beside Hotel. All road block and we can't access to hotel after dinner. The road resume almost at 10pm and we spend 2 hours wait outside. Its troublesome to my family. I must complaint to IHS office for the negligence of Hotel staff.」

「The hotel is in a good position for one stop when travelling. We had no hot water, staff were apologetic but they did not have a solution. Handy for motorway services.」

「有點殘舊，但服務不錯 離市中心半小時車程」

「Room is clean, and quite large. Staff is friendly and helpful.」

「Absolutely was incredible. I enjoyed it.」

「Lovely hotel better than stopping in big chain groups, the more personal touch, nice clean rooms and great food in the restaurant」

「Great pub hotel, delicious food and spacious rooms. Dog friendly, which is a bonus. Worth noting that it is not suitable for anyone who needs accessible rooms.」
